Expired Coupons?

Have expired coupons? Don't know what to do with them? Don't throw them out!  Through the Overseas Coupon Program you can donate your expired coupons to military families that are stationed overseas.  They use them on the military commissaries where they are allowed to use them up to 6 months expired. Through the OCP you can adopt a military base for the month and send them your expired coupons.  You can also send non-expired coupons as well.  Visit the OCP website for instructions and to adopt a base.
